Kris Humphries’s supposed ex-girlfriend Myla Sinanaj was deposed in his Kim Kardashian divorce case on Monday (August 20th) — what would have been Kim and Kris’s first wedding anniversary.

TMZ reported that Myla told Kim’s lawyer that she and Kris never dated — but her lawyer wouldn’t let her answer when asked if they’d ever had sex. Myla also said that Kris never paid her to keep quiet and denied that she considered filing a defamation lawsuit against him.

She also denied that she was pregnant. The fake baby news made headlines earlier in the summer, but Myla eventualy denied the reports.

Earlier in the day, TMZ reported that Myla was going to support Kris in her deposition, and give statements that support his case for an annulment based on fraud. Myla supposedly said that Kris repeatedly told her that he “hated the cameras and his life being on display.”
