A painting created by Amy Winehouse and her ex-boyfriend, Pete Doherty using their own blood sold for $56K on auction over the weekend. According to Starpulse.com, the artwork titled “Ladylike” was unveiled by Doherty at an exhibition earlier this year and was put up for auction in London alongside other personal effects.
The bloodied artwork sold for much lower than the $128,000 it was expected to fetch.
A portion of the profits will be donated to The Amy Winehouse Foundation.
