Rumor has it that Swizz Beatz is cheating on Alicia Keys — with his ex-wife Mashonda. According to Allhiphop Rumors, an insider said that although Alicia is very accommodating, Swizz is a notorious cheater and “just can’t help himself.” The source said that Mashonda considers this the “ultimate payback” to Alicia — who started dating the producer/entrepreneur when they were still married.

The source said that Mashonda plans to “stick it to both of them” and is carefully documenting her encounters with Swizz for her upcoming tell all book Death of A Mermaid.

Swizz and Mashonda were officially divorced in 2010.

Rihanna has denied rumors that she is dating Ashton Kutcher. During a press conference in London for her new movie, Battleship, a journalist asked if she Ashton would be visiting the singer across the pond.

The journalist said to Rihanna,["Things are clearly going brilliantly in your career. I just wondered if you as happy in your private life and will we be seeing a certain Mr. Ashton Kutcher perhaps making a trip over here?" Rihanna: "Wow, how disappointing was that question (laughs)?" Moderator: "Should we move on to the next question?" Rihanna: "Absolutely (laughs). I'm happy and I'm single, if that's what you're really asking."]

Oprah Winfrey has revealed that she would like to interview Trayvon Martin’s killer, George Zimmerman. In an interview with Extra‘s AJ Calloway, she said, “It is a tragedy and it is a shame that we’re sitting here 33 days later and there hasn’t been an arrest, or questioning of what actually happened. It’s a tragedy and it is a shame and we all know it. Mr. Zimmerman, I would love to talk to him.”

She continued, “I saw some people on Twitter saying nothing has changed, the same thing’s going on. Lots has changed and you know why? Because black people, white people, brown, yellow people all over this country and all over the world are saying the same thing… it’s a tragedy and it’s a shame and justice needs to be served.”

Eurweb.com has reported that Democratic Rep. of Illinois was escorted off of the House Floor yesterday because he was wearing a hoodie and sunglasses in honor of Trayvon Martin. Rush took the podium and spoke about the senseless killing. He said, “Too often, this violent act that resulted in the murder of Troyon Martin is repeated in the streets of our nation. I applaud the young people all across the land who are making a statement about hoodies, about the hoodlums in this nation, particularly those who tread on our laws wearing official or quasi-official clothes.” Rush added, “Racial profiling has to stop, Mr. Speaker. Just because someone wears a hoodie does not make them a hoodlum.”

Republican congressman Rep. Gregg Harper, who was serving as the presiding speaker of the chamber, called Rush out of order. Rush continued reading a passage from the Bible before being escorted out of the chamber.

Bobby Brown’s legal team has released a statement regarding his DUI arrest earlier this week. As previously reported, Bobby was pulled over on Monday (March 26th) in Los Angeles for allegedly talking on his cell phone while driving and during the stop, cops say they noticed Bobby was drunk and arrested him for DUI.

 Bobby’s lawyer Tiffany Feder said in a statement, “Everyone is innocent until proven guilty and Mr. Brown was not driving erratically. He was speaking on his cell phone. Mr. Brown has not been convicted of anything associated with this incident.” She added, “Mr. Brown is taking this matter seriously and an investigation is underway. The legal process shall run its course.”

Bobby was officially charged on Wednesday (March 28th) with three misdemeanor charges including drunk driving. City attorney spokesman Frank Matljan said that Bobby faces two DUI related counts and another charge that he was driving on a suspended license.

Lindsay Lohan might be a free woman today. The 25-year-old starlet is due to face a judge today and if all goes well, she will be released from any formal probation for the first time in over four years. After a final session at the morgue on Wednesday, Lindsay’s rep said, “When she arrives in court tomorrow, she will have completed all of her obligations.”

It’s been reported that Lohan got a good review from the probation board, who supposedly recommended she be moved to informal probation — which doesn’t require her to report to a probation officer or a judge. At Lohan’s last progress hearing the judge told her, “After March 29, all you have to do is obey all laws, stay out of trouble and move on with your life. Good luck.”

Lindsay’s rep noted that she’s “not looking at this as a celebration. She is looking at it as the end of one chapter and the beginning of another.”

Kim Kardashian has slammed reports that she “stole” Eva Longoria’s ex-boyfriend Eduardo Cruz.The actress recently split with Penelope Cruz’s younger brother after a year of dating.In response to the piece, Kim tweeted, “I’m used to rumors & almost never address them. It’s not ok when magazines like InTouch involve my close friends in their made up stories.”

She added, “They were told by multiple people that their current cover isn’t true, but they decided to go ahead. & run it anyway. So there you have it.”

PETA is unphased by Khloe Kardashian’s disassociation. The reality star, who has posed nude for the organization, released a statement earlier this week cutting ties because her sister Kim’s flour bomber was linked to PETA.

However in her statement, Khloe noted that she still doesn’t plan to wear fur.

PETA responded saying, “We appreciate that Khloe will remain on the animals’ side by not wearing fur — that’s what counts. If one of our volunteers is responsible, it doesn’t alter the fact that no animal deserves to be electrocuted, shot or poisoned for a bit of fur clothing.”

They added, “Khloe is just defending her sister, and we know she has a good heart, so we wish her well. We just wish she also had more influence on her sister.”

Kris Humphries is reportedly refusing to sign papers that would officially end his marriage to Kim Kardashian.

Sources told E! News that Kim offered Kris a generous settlement, but he is holding out because he wants $7 million.

An insider said, “Kris is dragging it out. Kim is ready to move on, but Kris is hoping that stretching it out will get him even more money.”

Although Kris claims to have made no demands on his ex, sources say that he asked for the $7 million in exchange for his silence.
